很多看过动作类电影的小伙伴们，想必都会对这样的镜头记忆尤深——男主角面对敌人的正面袭击，然后帅气地一扭头，再转头回来，嘴里咬着个子弹，顺带着人畜无害的邪魅一笑，深藏功与名。

那在英语中，也刚好有与之对应的表达，叫做bite the bullet，猜猜看，Bite是咬，bullet是子弹，那“Bite the bullet”是啥意思？

1）Bite the bullet

Bite the bullet字面上看是“咬子弹”，而且确实也有这个意思，只不过无缘无故咱也不可能去咬这个玩意啊。那到底啥意思呢？

看看英语解释：To deal with a difficult situation which cannot be avoided，也就是对付一个无法避免的困难的境遇。
