空运非危保函 kc form 是什么

空运非危保函(kc form) 是指由发货人出具的保证托运货物非航空安全条例规定的危险物品的一个保证书，经盖公章生效。

2.  已尽量做足防护措施，以确保货物在处理，储存和运输过程中没有受到非法干扰，

3. 由本人*/本公司所聘用可信靠的人员处理。

1.订仓单上货物品名及实质承运货物必需一致,不容欺骗

2.所有货物我司不知有否仿牌,一经海关查核有仿牌的存在. 进而货物充公及罚款.有关一切后果均有发货人承担.而我司亦会配合海关调查及指证.另发货人必需承担相关运费.

3.在我司不知悉的情况下,发货人将货物参入敏感.仿牌等不合法的货物.一经我司仓库查核,轻则罚款RMB3000.00元 ，重则交由警方处理

4.在发货的过程中如有丢失,经运输公司及航空公司90个工作日 调查期结束定论后,我司会按华沙条约最高赔偿额不高于USD20.00/KG赔偿.如贵重货 物劝喻购买保险.
